The cost for a Yard Sale Permit is $5.00 for three consecutive days. City residents can get up to three per year. (Businesses cannot have yard sales)

Yard Sale Permits are issued from the Treasurers Office, 757-727-6374, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. They are located on the 1st floor of the Ruppert Sargent Bldg at 1 Franklin Street in downtown Hampton.
