Businesses in commercial areas are asked to complete a Business License Emergency Contact Form for the Hampton Police Department & forward to the Commissioner of the Revenue, Attn: Business License, P.O. Box 636, Hampton, VA 23669. If you are operating your business from your home, in a residential area, you do not need to complete this form.
