The Procurement Office serves the City of Hampton, Hampton City Schools, and the Hampton Roads Regional Academy of Criminal Justice.

Persons desiring to be registered on the Vendor List for goods and/or services must complete and submit a Vendor Registration Application.

A W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number(s) and Certification Form must be completed and mailed to the address shown at the top of the form in order for the Vendor Registration Application to be processed. A signature on the W-9 form is required.

Please review the commodity code list. You may select up to (35) codes that best describe goods and services your company can provide.

You must select at least 1 commodity code or your firm will be excluded from the vendor listings.
