Duplication of tapes may be requested by anyone, in writing, for any program produced in-house.

• A fee of $10 will be charged if the request is accompanied by a new, wrapped, high-quality VHS cassette.
• A fee of $15 will be charged if no tape is provided.
• A fee of $20 will be charged for a DVD copy. Please do not send blank DVD's.
• A fee of $10 will be charged for each extra VHS tape or DVD required to complete the recording.
• Checks are currently the only method of payment.

Copies of programs not produced in-house may be duplicated, provided there is no copyright infringement. The same fees apply. The duplication fee will be waived for City Executive Staff or department use. Duplication should be completed within 30 days of request and accompanying payment of fee.

Anyone may copy a program directly from the the Channel 47 from their own home or office.

Channel 47 programs, including council meetings, are available to check out on VHS and DVD at the main library.
