Citizen Corps Councils are an integral building block of community-level Citizen Corps programs. These councils arrange the training and information access needed for public education and awareness efforts. Hampton Citizen Corps Council includes leaders from emergency management, neighborhood office, law enforcement, fire and emergency management services, businesses, volunteer and faith-based organizations, and other relevant groups such as schools, health care organizations, and the transportation sector. The Hampton Citizen Corps Council meets at the Kenny Wallace Neighborhood Resource Center which is located at 2315 Victoria Boulevard, Hampton, VA 23661.
