Become a Community Service Worksite

Each year the CJA places hundreds of clients at community service worksites through out Hampton and Newport News.

The clients perform work for the site at no cost.

The assignment of clients to a specific site may be ongoing or for a specific short-term project.

Appropriate community service worksites include:

• City, state, or federal governmental agencies, organizations, or entities
• Public or private non-profit organizations providing a public service open to all regardless of race or religion (note: this does not eliminate services for specialized populations such as disabled or Hispanic)
