Electrical Permit Inspections

1. Slab - prior to convery any conduit or piping
2. Rough In - prior to covering any wires.
3. Verify Building Permit Issuance if required

Note - New construction will have a "meter set", "power on" inspection prior to the final inspection.

Mechanical Permit Inspections

1. Rough In - prior to covering any ductwork, piping, gas fireplaces/logs.
2. Air Test - if gas line is involved, an air test inspection must be made at rough-in and final.
3. Final - when ALL mechanical work is completed.

Plumbing Permit Inspections

1. Slab Rough In - prior to covering any ductwork, pipes with concrete.
2. Rough In - inspection of ant piping prior to covering up with walls or flooring.
3. Final - when ALL plumbing work is completed.

Building Permit Inspections

1. Footing - prior to pouring any concrete.
2. Slab - prior to pouring any concrete, verify that any plumbing piping or electrical conduit has been approved.
3. Foundation - prior to installing subflooring.
4. Framing - prior to installing insulation or sheetrock. Make sure all rough-in inspections for Electrical, Plumbing or Mechanical work has been approved.
5. Insulation - after installing insulation, prior to installing sheetrock.
6. Final - after ALL work is completed and after ALL electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work has been approved.
