2. 10-0006 Resolution of the City Council of Hampton Virginia Authorizing the Reallocation of $73,450.00 in Funds Previously Allocated to the VECTEC Grant Program to the Hampton E-Commerce Grant Program and Approving the Dissolution of the VECTEC Grant Program.
3. 10-0008 Resolution to Accept and Appropriate Grant Funds Received from the VA Association of Hazardous Materials Response Specialists (VAHMRS) Scholarship and Grant Program through the VA Department of Emergency Management.
4. 10-0009 Resolution to Approve and Appropriate "Additional" Funding from the Assistance to Firefighters Grant through the Department of Homeland Security for Hampton Fire & Rescue.
