2. 09-0106 Resolution Approving Participation and Appropriation of the 2009 Juvenile Accountability Block Grant through the Hampton Court Services unit from the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services.
3. 09-0120 Resolution Approving the City of Hampton, Virginia's Acceptance and Appropriation of the 2007 State Homeland Security Program Grant from National Preparedness Directorate (NPD), United States Department of Homeland Security and Administered by the Commonwealth for Citizen Preparedness Project through the Virginia Department of Emergency Management.

6. 09-0133 Resolution Authorizing the Creation of a Separate Entity Exempt from Federal Taxation Under IRC § 501(c)(3) to Solicit Private Funding to Support Hampton's Sister Cities Program.
