3. 08-0211 Resolution Approving the City of Hampton, Virginia's Participation and Appropriation of the 2008-2009 Comprehensive Community Corrections Act and Pretrial Services Act Grant Funding Program Through the Hampton-Newport News Criminal Justice Agency from the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services.

9. 08-0222 Resolution Approving the City of Hampton’s Accepting and Appropriating the Startup Funding from the Virginia Office of EMS for Hampton Fire and Rescue so they may Begin the Process of Providing an Accredited EMT-Intermediate-99 Training Program to be Located in the City of Hampton.
10. 08-0223 Resolution Appropriating $398,462.12 in State Highway Maintenance Funds to the Capital Projects Fund for Road Resurfacing.
11. 08-0224 Resolution Determining Tactical Electronics, LLC to be the Only Source Practicably Available from which to Procure for the Hampton Police Division a Wireless Tactical Camera System and Authorizing the Negotiation and Execution of a Purchase Contract with Tactical Electronics, LLC.
