12.	10-0252	Ordinance to amend and re-enact chapter 25 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Hampton, Virginia entitled "Administration and Enforcement of Ordinance" and set fees for the issuance of zoning certification letters in the amount of $25.00 for residential parcels and $75.00 for all other parcels of land as authorized by Va.
