3. 06-0411 Ordinance to Amend and Reenact Chapter 37, Article II, Division I of the Code of the City of Hampton entitled "Real Estate Taxes, Generally", by adding thereto a New Section 37-31 entitled "Surplus Proceeds Paid to the City from Delinquent Real Estate Tax Sales".
