1. 07-0458 Motion for a closed session jointly with the Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board, as provided in Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711A.3, to discuss the acquisition of property in Downtown Hampton where discussion in an open session would adversely affect the bargaining position and negotiating strategy of the City.

  07-0448 to receive a briefing and to consult with legal counsel regarding specific legal matters pertaining to the Coliseum Central District requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
  07-0449 to discuss the acquisition of real property in the Buckroe area where the discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or the negotiating strategy of City Council.
  07-0456 to discuss acquisition of property in the Fox Hill area of the City for a public purpose where discussion in an open session would adversely affect the City's bargaining position or negotiating strategy and to consult with legal counsel employed by the City regarding land use matters which require the advice of such counsel.
