19. 10-0354 Ordinance to impose a business improvement tax in the amount of $.20 (TWENTY CENTS) per $100.00 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS) of assessed value on commercial properties, subject to real estate taxation, within the boundaries of the Downtown Hampton Business Improvement District, which tax shall be in addition to all other taxes and fees as may be imposed by law.
