7. 06-0727 to discuss or consider the acquisition for public purposes of real property in the Buckroe area of the City where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the City, and for consultation with legal counsel employed/retained by the City regarding specific legal matters involving property transactions in the Buckroe area requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
  06-0738 to consider the acquisition and disposition of real property in the Downtown Hampton area where the discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or the negotiating strategy of City Council.
