  05-0719 discuss or consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and the disposition of publicly held real property in Buckroe, Coliseum Central, Downtown Hampton and the Kecoughtan corridor where the discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or the negotiating strategy of City Council.
