Patrick's Hardware receives recognition as Retailer of the Year for Hampton

The Retail Alliance announced its 2011 Retailer of the Year winners on April 15, 2011. This award recognizes retail leaders who have led their company to outstanding business success and innovation and who have consistently demonstrated community commitment and support. The Retailer of the Year is widely respected throughout the industry for their achievements and the corporation represented must be seen as a leader in the business community. Recipients were selected primarily on excellence in creativity, business acumen, retail success and the ability to thrive in a tough economy. Additional criteria included business growth, financial strength/stability and community involvement This year’s winners were selected from among 182 nominees and 45 finalists, in addition to the top Retailer of the Year, ten merchants were named winners within their respective cities. Patrick’s Hardware is being honored as Hampton’s winning retail business.
