To assist city officials in complying with federal, state, and local laws.
Provide prompt and equitable resolution of complaints.
Develop and deliver AA/EEO/diversity educational programs.
Advising employees, staff, and administration on AA/EEO issues.
Coordination of requests for accommodations under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).
