Next to the family, faith communities have the greatest potential for helping youth become caring, responsible, committed adults. Irregardless of theology each faith and its leaders urge each member to nurture and care for young people. The success of this effort is directly related to the fact that congregations are naturally intergenerational. Relating intergenerational means sharing stories, relating values, sharing mutual faith - an incredible opportunity for every one involved.
