Community Development Block Grant Still Delivers

FY2012 CDBG and HOME Application Packet

The City of Hampton, Virginia is now accepting Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Program proposals for fiscal year 2012 (July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012). Due to the limited amount of funds available, competition for funds will be keen, and demand will exceed the amount of funds available. Completed applications must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, January 31, 2011.

Consolidated Plan

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development provides funding annually to the City of Hampton under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Programs.

Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice

All localities that receive Federal funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are required to prepare an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AI) every five years.

CAPER

The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at the end of each fiscal year.
