Community Development Block Grant Still Delivers

FY2011 Annual Action Plan Application

Notice is hereby given by the City of Hampton that a proposed Five Year Consolidated Plan for the period of FY 2011-2015 and the Annual Action Plan for the FY 2011 program has been prepared. The Five Year Plan outlines housing and non-housing needs and priorities over the next five years.

Consolidated Plan

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development provides funding annually to the City of Hampton under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Programs.

Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice

All localities that receive Federal funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are required to prepare an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AI) every five years.

Annual Action Plan

The Annual Action Plan describes the allocations of Federal funding for activities to meet the major goals and objectives identified in the 2005-2010 Consolidated Plan.

FY2010 Annual Action Plan

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development provides funding annually to the City of Hampton under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Programs.

CAPER

The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at the end of each fiscal year.

FY09 CAPER

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides funding annually to the City of Hampton to "develop viable urban communities, by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment by expanding opportunities, principally for persons of low and moderate income."
