The City of Hampton, Virginia is now accepting Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Program proposals for fiscal year 2012 (July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012). Due to the limited amount of funds available, competition for funds will be keen, and demand will exceed the amount of funds available.
