DESCRIPTION:
Briarwood Terrace is a wonderful neighborhood that was established in the early 1960's. It consists of 195 homes which are mainly split-levels and ranches. The community is located directly across the road from Briarfield Park. It is located just minutes from the Hampton Coliseum, Hampton Convention Center, major shopping centers, I-64 and I-664.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Many of the residents are retired or first time home buyers. Briarwood Terrace is considered to be country living in the city. Each house is nestled on a large lot that hosts many cookouts and sounds of children playing. Many of the homes have detached two car garages, patios and beautiful landscaping.
HISTORY:
The community was built between 1963 and 1965.
