DESCRIPTION:
Colonial Acres is a bike and pedestrian friendly neighborhood made up of over 250 homes with beautiful mature trees and colorful landscaping. The homes are approximately 15 years old and vary in age, style and size. An active homeowners association hosts several neighborhood family events throughout the year and sponsors a welcome basket program for newcomers.
HIGHLIGHTS:
With a canal running right through the neighborhood, several homes enjoy waterfront properties with private piers and deep water access. A new soccer complex was recently built and is located directly across the street from Colonial Acres.
