DESCRIPTION:
Inlet Point is a planned unit development (PUD) community. The association is governed by Covenants and Restriction, which establish organizational and architectural requirements for the community. Inlet Point has 60 single-family homes and 87 cluster homes.
HIGHLIGHTS:
The serene surroundings are enhanced by an enchanting lake with two lighted fountains, and a scenic community riverfront pier, as well as two community parks. One park features ample open space to run free, while the other features landscaped gardens complete with a deck overlooking the lake.
HISTORY:
Inlet Point is located in a secluded area of Fox Hill overlooking the picturesque Harris River. Legend has it that the name "Fox Hill" came from the fox dens built among the hills and sand dunes among the area beaches. Fishermen and boat builders looking to make their livelihood from the sea chose to settle along the peaceful rivers and waterways of Fox Hill.
