Neighborhood Resource Center

Kenneth Wallace Neighborhood Resource Center Through the collaborative efforts of the Wythe Area neighborhood associations and the City of Hampton, the city's first Neighborhood Resource Center was opened in September 1999. The Resource Center was named in honor of fallen police officer Kenneth Wallace and houses areas for neighborhood and police activities. The City of Hampton operates the facility, while the Kenneth Wallace Neighborhood Resource Center Board oversees the programs and activities offered at the center.

The Resource Center Provides:
  • Meeting Space
  • Computers with Internet Access
  • Workshops and Seminars
  • Technical assistance with community newsletters and brochures
