The City Hall parking lot is a permit parking area only. All persons with General District Court or Juvenile & Domestic Relations (JDR) court business must use the lot on Pembroke Avenue next to the Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) building. Violators will be ticketed by the Hampton Police Division.
