Take the plunge into the wonderful world of aquatics. Our well trained instructors can teach your tadpoles to become their inner dolphins. Not interested in becoming an ocean denizen or an Olympic champion like Michael Phelps, then you can just take a leisurely swim in our pools. Be active, be fit, get wet and wild in Hampton's indoor aquatic centers, our expert staff will not leave you high and dry!
