Educational Incentives include:

• Associate's Degree (A.A.):
  • $600/yr after 1 year of service
  • $800/yr after 3 years of service
• Bachelor's Degree (B.S.):

  • $1,200/yr after 3 years of service
  • $1,600/yr after 5 years of service
  • $2,000/yr after 7 years of service
• Master's Degree:
  • $2,200/yr after 10 years of service

Note: All City of Hampton Police Officers receive:

• a "Gun Incentive Allowance" of $325.00
• a Citizen's Satisfaction Bonus
