Notice is hereby given that members of the City Council of the City of Hampton have been invited to attend a Signing Ceremony with Governor Robert F. McDonnell on Monday, August 9, 2010, at 3:30 p.m. at the Bay Breeze Community Center, 490 Fenwick Road, on Fort Monroe in Hampton, Virginia.

This is not a regular meeting of the Hampton City Council where any business will be transacted.
