Applications Being Accepted For The
2009 Unity Awards Program

The Hampton Citizens’ Unity Commission is seeking applications for its 2009 Unity Awards Program.  This program recognizes individuals, initiatives, organizations, and businesses that have had a positive impact on racial and cultural diversity in the City of Hampton.

Applications for nominees can be found at www.hampton.gov/unity and must be received no later than Thursday, April 30, 2009.  Awardees will be recognized at a dinner banquet to be held on Thursday, May 14 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the Hampton History Museum, 120 Old Hampton Lane.
