Chesapeake Bay Preservation District Review Public Hearing

Chesapeake Bay Preservation District Review Committee will convene in the Codes Compliance Conference Room, Third Floor of the City Hall Building; 22 Lincoln Street, Hampton, Virginia, at 9:30 A.M. on Monday, October 19, 2009 to hear the following:

CB #09-62- 467 Windmill Point Road (Woods), to consider an exception to allow a new single family dwelling in the Resource Protection Area Buffer of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation District.

Packet available for public inspection in the Codes Compliance Department.

Public Comment will be heard after each case presentation. Comments will be limited to five minutes per person per case.
