Councilman Sapp Receives Doctorate of Philosophy

On Saturday, May 6, Councilman Charles Sapp received his Doctorate of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.

Coming from a long history of educational excellence, Sapp previously completed four degrees to include a Master of Arts in International Relations from Salve Regina College in Newport Rhode Island, Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Affairs from Naval War College in Newport Rhode Island, Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey California, and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

Sapp's doctorial dissertation focused on the comparison of levels of organizational trust in faith-based and secular nonprofit social service organizations.
