  • Redevelopment of Hampton Coliseum Mall
  • Demolition of existing Mall and redevelopment of approximately 900,000 square feet
  • Construction of pedestrian-friendly roads, streetscapes, parks and sidewalks
  • Construction of approximately 900,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, entertainment, office and residential space. Preliminary estimates of space allocation for Phase I are projected as follows. These are meant to be guidelines only and are subject to change.

  • Phase I also includes construction of approximately 110 residential units (subject to change); mix of townhouses, apartments, condominiums is yet to be determined.
  • Phase I also includes construction of one or more parking structures consisting of approximately 3,000 spaces (subject to change; but at a minimum sufficient parking to meet zoning requirements)
