- Redevelopment of Hampton Coliseum Mall
- Demolition of existing Mall and redevelopment of approximately 900,000 square feet
- Construction of pedestrian-friendly roads, streetscapes, parks and sidewalks
- Construction of approximately 900,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, entertainment, office and residential space. Preliminary estimates of space allocation for Phase I are projected as follows. These are meant to be guidelines only and are subject to change.
