Phoebus Master Plan Kickoff Meeting

On Wednesday, April 19 at 7:00 p.m. Hampton will hold a kickoff meeting for the Phoebus master planning process at the American Legion, 221 E. Mellen Street in Phoebus.

Master Plans address issues such as street networks, open spaces, waterfront access, land use, housing and commercial development. The implementation of these plans is a collective effort between public and private stakeholders.
