Phoebus Master Plan Meeting

The City of Hampton invites you to attend a public presentation on the draft Phoebus Master Plan. It addresses issues such as street networks, open spaces, waterfront access, land use, housing and commercial development. The draft plan was developed based on the ideas and feedback gathered through a group work session and several public meetings that were held with Phoebus residents.
