On Saturday, November 22 2008, beginning at approximately 6:00 a.m. and lasting until approximately 12:00 p.m., Hampton Roads Center Parkway will be closed to all through traffic to accommodate the Coliseum Central Parade.

At approximately 9:00 a.m., Coliseum Drive, between Hampton Roads Center Parkway and West Mercury Boulevard, will be closed. Citizens and visitors can continue to access businesses in the Coliseum Central area, but should be aware of the road closings and use alternate routes to travel to their destinations.

Hampton Sentara Careplex will have its N. Armistead Avenue entrance open for those needing to access its facility.
