The staff provides review of construction plans and plats for new subdivisions as well as other private developments in the City. They can also assist in the interpretation of the local and state ordinances and policies regarding construction projects.
These services are designed to ensure that any public infrastructure installed in developments meets City standards, including drainage, street paving, curb and gutter, and sanitary sewer.
