STATEMENT OF POLICY CHANGE

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Due to current budgetary conditions and our mandate to cut cost and keep services affordable, School Age Programs will no longer provide After School snacks.

Parents are welcome to send a nutritious snack with their child to be consumed during the after school program.

Snacks will continue to be provided at USDA designated schools by Hampton City Schools.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

School Age Programs is happy to announce that payments for before and aftercare can now be made at each school site by check or money order.
Only credit card payments will be accepted at Air Power Park

Friendly Reminders:

**To avoid a $10.00 late fee, make all payments in advance:

Weekly payments are due no later than Friday's 6:00pm, for the upcoming week payments received on Monday are considered late (adjustments made for Friday holidays or early closings due to inclement weather.)

Monthly payments are due no later than the 5th day of the month Any payments received after the 5th of the month will be considered late.
