Hampton Housing Reinvestment Program

WHAT:: A wonderful opportunity for homeowners to receive financial assistance to rehabilitate their home.
WHO:: Homeowners in the Housing Venture neighborhoods interested in securing a home improvement loan may qualify.
WHY:: Assist homeowners financially to help offset some of the costs for making improvements of their existing homes consistent with the Design Guidelines for Hampton Neighborhoods and Quality Guidelines for Financial Assistance.
WHEN:: Currently available to homeowners after completion of their home improvement project.
WHERE:: Two downtown neighborhoods, Pasture Point and Olde Hampton., were selected as pilot areas and any owner-occupant in these neighborhoods and qualifies for a home improvement loan with a participating lender can qualify.
INCENTIVES::   Qualify for 24 months of interest up to a maximum of $10,000 on a rehabilitation loan.
